Shop Listing Terms

Submission Requirements

When submitting a tattoo shop for inclusion in our directory, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information about the shop
Have authorization to submit the shop information (as owner, manager, or authorized representative)
Update information promptly if it changes
Not submit duplicate listings for the same location
Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Review and Approval

All shop submissions are subject to our review and approval process. We reserve the right to reject any submission that does not meet our quality standards, violates these Terms, or is deemed inappropriate for any reason. Approval typically occurs within 24-48 hours, but we make no guarantees regarding approval timeframes.

Listing Removal

We reserve the right to remove any shop listing at our discretion, including but not limited to cases where the shop has permanently closed, information is found to be false or misleading, or the listing violates these Terms. Shop owners may request removal of their listings by contacting us through our submission form.

Featured Placement

Featured shop placement is at our sole discretion. Selection for featured placement does not create any ongoing obligation or guarantee. Featured placement may be removed at any time. To inquire about featured placement, contact us directly.

Review Guidelines

Review Standards

When submitting a review, you agree to:

Base your review on genuine personal experience with the shop
Provide honest, accurate, and constructive feedback
Use appropriate language free from profanity or hate speech
Not include personal attacks or harassment of shop staff
Not post fake, fraudulent, or misleading reviews
Not submit reviews in exchange for compensation or incentives
Not post content that violates any laws or third-party rights

Review Moderation

All reviews are subject to moderation. We reserve the right to remove, edit, or reject reviews that violate these guidelines, contain inappropriate content, or are deemed to be fake or fraudulent. Reviews are generally approved automatically but may be flagged for manual review.

Review Permanence

Once submitted and approved, reviews are considered public content and are permanent. You cannot edit or delete your reviews after submission. If you believe a review should be removed due to exceptional circumstances, please contact us with your specific request.

Rate Limiting

To prevent spam and abuse, we implement rate limiting on review submissions. You are limited to 3 reviews per hour. Attempts to circumvent these limits may result in your access being restricted.

Enforcement

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate termination of your access to our services, removal of your content, and potential legal action. We reserve the right to investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement authorities as necessary.

User-Generated Content

Limitation of Liability
